Job Details:

Reporting to the Director of Faculty Practice Operations, is responsible for all revenue cycle functions performed in the faculty practice through collaboration and communication with physicians, staff, and billing services to ensure efficient and effective operations. Manages the staff and operations of the faculty practice, evaluating operational needs and providing recommendations to continually improve performance against budget, and standards.

Requirements:   Practice Management experience preferred in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice.  Prior Hospital experience and experience with Faculty Practice Plans  preferred.  Professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field. Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite;Cerner; Synquest; IDX; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Financial and business planning skills; Interpersonal communication skills; Written communication skills; ICD-9 and CPT coding familiarity. Three to five (3-5) years of experience.
