Responsible for monitoring, planning, facilitating, and evaluating administrative clinical and educational matters for the entire shift. Will oversee staffing office and nursing staff of a chronic hospital and long term care facility. Provides and supervises care of the Adult and Geriatric patients.

Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Nursing education; 3-5 years experience; Maryland Registered Nurse License; CPR Certification. Excellent clinical and administrative judgement is essential; Good customer service/ interpersonal relationships required. Critical thinking skills are mandatory.
